Senior Transformation Manager (m/f/d)

Active participation in the development and scaling of a new portfolio company by controlling central initiatives, projects and workstreams. End-to-end responsibility for selected workstreams, from structuring to implementation to sustainable anchoring in the company. Close cooperation with management, departments and external partners to promote challenging topics efficiently and effectively. Further development and professionalization of the PMO, including prioritization, resource control and performance tracking. Step by step take on growing responsibility for complex, mission-critical topics with high visibility and impact.

You like to work in a performance-oriented environment and take responsibility for building and implementing new initiatives. You bring first relevant work experience (5+ years) from a top management consultancy, the M&A, strategy or business development environment, a fast-growing start-up or a challenging project management setup. You have an excellent academic background (Bachelor or Master) in economics or a comparable quantitative study programme. You are characterized by strong team skills, professional appearance and a high degree of self-initiative and social competence. You have excellent knowledge of German and English and communicate with word and writing in both languages.
