Cooperation with strategic and company-wide transformation projects and support for change and organisational development processes within Badenova, for example on topics such as AI and OKR Support in the further development and implementation of our company-wide OKR process Planning and implementation of workshops, events and communication measures Analysis of market and competitive information and derivation of recommendations for action Creation of presentations, graphics and target group content Versatile tasks with high design space and responsibility for own projects

Master's degree with a suitable focus and availability of 15 to 20 hours per week Enthusiasm for the energy transition, transformation issues and strategic issues Organizational strength, initiative and creativity combined with a structured working method Communication skills and joy in cooperation with different stakeholders (m/w/d) Secure handling of Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint Interest in corporate communications and ideally first experiences in creating presentations and graphics Very good German and good English skills
