implementation of a uniform corporate design according to the requirements of the country and the federal government; Advising the teams in all design and layout issues as well as quality assurance Support and further development of corporate identity and employer branding Development of innovative design concepts Conception and implementation of our print and online media such as flyers, brochures, advertisements, posters or banners Conceptual support of our homepage, Intranet and other online portals in cooperation with external service providers Content management for different channels such as career websites, social media or digital learning formats target group-oriented measures of personal marketing and recruiting, trade fairs and events; Conception and implementation of campaigns together with the communication team Planning and implementation of video productions and photoshoots Support for press releases and media requests Image processing and responsible support of our media database

Structured and team-oriented operation Complete study or comparable qualification in graphic design, media design, communication design, digital media, marketing or corporate communication or education in media design or comparable qualifications Multiannual relevant professional experience in visual communication work, ideally in the public or institutional environment Experience in cooperation with external service providers such as printing companies and agencies Knowledge of the prepress in particular in image processing and color management Safe handling of industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Content Management Systems (TYPO3) View for detail and feel for good images, ideally with an affinity to text
