Strategic and operational management of the facility in a management unit Ensuring smooth processes and a valuable environment for team and residents in an accommodation for around 500 people of different origin Efficient management of administrative processes and creation of accounting documents Responsibility for the service and training planning and targeted promotion of employees Leading team discussions and active design of an open, value-adding communication culture Building and maintaining close networking with authorities, internal departments and external partners Implementation and continuous development of the care and protection concept Ensuring internal quality standards and introducing new impulses for innovation and development

A completed study, for example in social work, social education, psychology, social sciences or a comparable qualification Experience in working with people with migration background as well as pronounced intercultural competence Ideally leadership and knowledge in refugee aid Good language skills in English, Arabic, Dari and other languages would be beneficial Knowledge of social, foreign or migration law An empathic, clear and structured way of working and enjoying teamwork
