Implementation and further development of tariff and non-tariff pay systems in our HR system – Workday Compensation Design, development and governance of group-wide compensation structures (fix remuneration, variable remuneration, commission solutions) Conducting market and salary analyses as well as benchmarks and deriving appropriate recommendations for action Development and maintenance of the international job architecture incl. Job Families, Grading and Evaluation System Technical advice of the Board and Senior Management in all relevant Compensation comments Participation in international projects in the area of remuneration and HR systems Control of annual compensation processes (e.g. salary, tariff and bonus rounds) including design, timing and quality assurance Ensuring consistent mapping and maintenance of all payment logics in our HR system Workday

Successfully completed studies in economics, business management, economic law or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in Compensation & Benefits Very good knowledge of Workday Compensation and experience in system implementation or development are advantageous Understanding collective and non-tariff remuneration structures Impressed analytical skills as well as high data and numerical affinity Ability to prepare complex salaries-relevant facts in a comprehensible and address-oriented manner – even at board level Structured, independent and responsible operation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
