Demanding customer support in order processing including Telephone sales and order acceptance Check and collect customer orders by computer and sending order confirmations You are in close contact with the field service, technology and production Date tracking of running customer orders Information to customers and internally about prices and delivery/delivery time In cooperation with the sales you create customer-specific offers and cost proposals and are responsible for their tracking Advertising processing Contract-related procurement of commercial goods and monitoring of delivery periods Cooperation with debitor accounting in terms of creditworthiness and payment objectives General master data maintenance in coordination with other departments (distribution, Fibu) Export EU/third countries Customs processing assistance Collection of freight offers Export control for all underlying countries Preparing shipping documentation for export Managing general administrative tasks

Completed commercial training or multi-year professional experience in the commercial sector Priority of the points listed under ‘tasks’ Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Good English knowledge of word and writing Good MS Office knowledge Experience in using CRM of advantage Technical understanding desirable but not condition Additional foreign languages of advantage Structured, conscientious and independent operation Contactability High commitment, team capacity and resilience
