This allows us to provide individual and needs-oriented support for children, young people and their families.

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Helene Weber School in Pfungstadt (45%) Do you want to help children and young people to master their day-to-day school well and want to work with fixed, family-friendly working hours in the afternoon? Then this task fits perfectly with you.

Your job in the midday band In the noon band (approx. 12:00 to 15:15) of the Helene Weber School you will create educational group offers and groups for children and young people with different support needs. Unlike in the classic 1:1 guide, you work in small groups between 1:4 and 1:7 and create structured, motivating learning and leisure moments. • You create varied group offers and AGs for children and young people with disabilities • They support the mental, social, psychological and motor development of participants through pedagogically differentiated work • They contribute to individual assistance planning and document development progress • They work closely with teachers and other stakeholders to ensure a beneficial learning and everyday design

We wish you • A completed training for educators, nurses, social pedagogues, medical education, special education, childhood education, pedagogues (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification • Desirable, but not a prerequisite is an experience in working with people with disabilities • Skills for independent, responsible action • Flexibility in terms of location and time of use • Team skills • Since some applications are difficult to reach without own cars, mobility, a class B licence and the use of own cars are helpful
