You take over the professional leadership of a three-member team in the Payroll & HR Administration area Preparing, implementing and repreparing the monthly pay bill in SAP HCM with compliance with labour, tax and social insurance regulations is your responsibility You process personal administrative topics from entry to exit, including the creation of certificates and work certificates and the maintenance of digital personal files You continuously coordinate, prioritize and develop processes and processes in the area of Payroll & HR Administration At the planned system conversion from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors as well as other HR projects, you are actively involved in As a competent contact person, you advise employees, executives, the works council, authorities as well as external service providers in all questions of pay billing and time management
