As a Calculator / specialist Calculation, you are responsible for calculations of personal and external services with a focus on facility management or Technical building management for the West region (Essen/ Köln), but also for our nationwide portfolios.

You will have the opportunity to flexibly design office presence in Cologne or Essen and mobile work.

ACT NOW! - that's your job: Analysis and evaluation of tender documents, performance directories and customer requirements Creation of quote calculations including personnel, material and external costs Cooperation with the Departments of Sales, Technology and Purchasing to determine valid costing bases Maintenance of key figures, costing modules and benchmark data Support for presentations and award negotiations

Your profile - you should bring: Completed commercial or technical training or studies (e.g. facility management, real estate management, industrial engineering) Ideally professional experience in costing or offering processing, experience in the FM or construction environment of advantage Safe handling of MS Excel, ideally experience with costing and CAFM tools (e.g. iTWO, ORCA, SAP) Embossed numerical understanding, structured working and team skills Communication strength and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
