The Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) is the largest university in Baden-Württemberg with around 33,000 students at nine study academies and three campuses as well as the Center for Advanced Studies. Since 1 January 2023 it has been part of the dual European University EU4Dual. The financial sector is a central organizational area of the DHBW Heilbronn and the DHBW CAS. He is responsible for the financial management, planning and management of the budget. The DHBW Heilbronn is a central educational location in the region with its practical courses. Currently around 1,600 students are enrolled in various bachelor studies. At DHBW CAS, around 1,500 specialists and executives study in dual master's degree programs in the fields of business, technology, social and health. Support and deputy perception of financial management in operational and strategic issues Participation in financial, budget and expenditure planning as well as in controlling funds for the DHBW CAS and the Studienakademie Heilbronn Coordination of budgetary questions with the departments at the educational campus Creation, analysis and preparation of financially relevant statistics, reports and evaluations Implementation and further development of separation calculation Participation in the optimization of internal financial and controlling processes

Completed university studies (Bachelor/Diplom/Master) in the field of Public Management, Finance, Administration or Accounting, Business Administration or comparable to public finance and finance Multiannual practical experience in household and accounting Knowledge of budgetary law and commercial accounting Secure handling of SAP, especially in the FI and CO modules Knowledge of the structures and processes of a university are advantageous Very good computer skills as well as safe oral and written expressability in German (at least C1) Self-employed, structured and conceptual work High team and communication skills as well as flexibility and commitment The values of DHBW – reliability, coexistence, appreciation and learning – bear and live with
