Your tasks:

• Contact person m/w/d in the day-to-day business for selected teams, at least 3 days per week on site at the project location in Würzburg
• Support for operational tasks
• Supporting the teams in content tasks
• Management and monitoring of the entry and exit of project staff
• Operation of tools like RDB, JIRA and Sharepoint for collaborative work
• Pre- and post-processing of meetings
• Responsibility for appointment coordination of selected colleagues

Your profile:

• Successfully completed vocational training and several years of professional experience
• First experience in energy assistance functions desirable
• Good knowledge of MS Office, RDB, Jira and Sharepoint; Basic knowledge of SAP and DMS are desirable
• High communication and team skills
• Flowing German and English skills
