Leadership of the global network team, including responsibility for the professional, personnel and process development of the team Planning, control and support of network and network security topics from strategy to operating processes, together with the team Budget and personnel planning Developing the STIHL Group's network strategy to meet the challenges of digitalization such as infrastructure as a code or IoT Ensuring service management processes such as incident, problem and change management for the responsible services Project management for national and international projects such as Software Defined Networking Further development of the “Follow The Sun” concept for the relevant network services in the STIHL Group by using the STIHL Regional IT Service Center

Completion of the Department of Business Informatics/Computer Science or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in network and network security (Firewall, etc.) Found experience in the operation and design of IT infrastructures First leadership experience, as well as (first) experience in building and controlling global teams Intercultural competence, excellent knowledge of English, and also international readiness Very good communication and moderation capabilities, enforcement strength, conflictability and team spirit Openness to innovation and new technologies JOBV1_EN
