Team Leader Construction and Construction of Charging Infrastructure (m/f/d)

You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the construction team. You control the tasks of your team and are responsible for the cross-project planning and expansion of charging infrastructure in public and private areas, including budget responsibility. You support the project managers: within your team, the support of larger clients, in particular the Land of Berlin and the BIM property company, as well as important suppliers and service providers in close coordination with the teams for operation and key account management. You are responsible for the optimization and further development of the approval processes for constructions in public space in close coordination with the districts and the Senate. You define procurement requirements with your team and initiate public tenders for the procurement of hardware, planning and construction services. You opt for our processes from the supply, planning and construction phase to commissioning and handover and close cooperation with the company and accompany the introduction of software applications.

You have a completed high-level or specialist training with reference to the field of activity You have several years of professional experience in the field of the construction of technical installations or of construction or civil engineering. Specific experiences in the area of charging infrastructure, photovoltaics or heat installations are advantageous. You have gained experience with public tenders and licensing procedures in the public domain. You have a strong communication skills, team orientation and leadership. A multi-year leadership experience in a similar position is advantageous here. High level of independence, coupled with ready-to-use, loadability, reliability and flexibility Good application knowledge of the MS Office package and project management software such as Asana Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
