Together with the project and construction management, You implement the planning and contractual requirements in turnkey projects You support planning coordination and planning audit You determine the masses of various partial services from the plans of our projects You create performance directories and alerts for our turnkey construction projects Technically clarify the offers together with the project management and support in negotiations and selection of our construction partners You actively contribute to the development and optimization of construction processes

You have completed a construction-specific study or a corresponding qualifying training You have fun in creating tenders and technical clarification You have ideally already experience in the planning and realization of turnkey construction projects or have already created performance directories You know the relevant standards and regulations of VOB C You are routined in dealing with MS Office and work quickly into the common accounting, costing and CAD programs You have a structured and solution-oriented way of working
