Conception and product development: Together with the Business Analysis, you will develop new concepts for new products or extensions of existing products. This concerns both individual customer projects and SaaS products as well as internal projects to modernise the existing product landscape. Here you unleash various solution strategies, evaluasive effects, problems and risks and prepare them for decision-making. Your focus is on customer satisfaction as well as on the company's strategic goals, making your solutions ideally seamlessly integrated into the existing corporate structure.

Project planning: After the technical planning of a project, you will create a detailed technical solution design for transfer to IT. Ideally, you already give suggestions for the software architecture to challenge it with the IT. The technical implementation planned by the IT can be evaluated in terms of the necessary target image from both the operational and the strategic perspective. You prepare the technical kickoff to present the project to all project participants of the IT and to remove misunderstandings regarding the target image.

Project work: For larger projects, you will set up corresponding milestones and meaningful intermediate steps for the project in consultation with the project management. You are responsible for creating the corresponding Epics and User Stories and supports IT in the final refinement. As a consultant, you support both IT and project management in emerging issues and problems. If necessary, you analyze and coordinate the different needs of the parties involved and balance them.

Communication and Support: You are the contact person for technical questions with customers and internal stakeholders and can communicate and translate between expertise and IT. As an interface between the specialist departments, you take care of the address-oriented communication of specialist topics and the needs of the respective departments. Take the technical 2nd level support and communicate the results of the 3rd level support back to the customer if necessary.

Long-standing experience: You have completed a (economic) informatics course or a comparable course of training and have several years of experience in a comparable environment and field of activity. You have well-founded knowledge of the financial and insurance sectors and understand their specific requirements and processes. In addition, a fundamental understanding of established industry-specific standards such as BiPRO or GDV is of advantage.

Technical know-how: multi-year experience in design, mapping and testing web services as well as web service-oriented system architectures.

Analytical and conceptual strength: You have excellent skills to analyze and create concepts, always with a high level of quality awareness.

Your own way of working: You are characterized by a high self-employment and self-initiative and can quickly work into new topics.

Communication strength: You are safe in dealing with different stakeholders and are able to convey complex issues in an address-oriented and comprehensible manner.

Development Know How: Ideally, you have profound experiences with PHP, PHP frameworks (Symfony, Laravel, Slim etc.), database administration with MySQL, SOAP web services and JSON APIs.
