You accompany and support PV construction projects by supporting the construction management in the planning and implementation of large photovoltaic projects, reading and interpreting technical drawings, layouts and construction plans and adapting them as needed You monitor the construction design, coordinate the construction of module substructures, switching systems and high-voltage components, perform regular construction site visits and ensure that appointments, construction plans and quality standards are adhered to You communicate with owners:inside and project partners:inside, self-tax communication with property owners:inside, supplier:inside and other project participants, clarifying problems and ensuring a smooth flow of information You ensure the quality and coordinate the construction by conducting construction meetings with construction leaders and subcontractors, controlling compliance with building regulations, safety standards and environmental requirements and documenting relevant processes You support the project and documentation by assisting in tendering and awarding works and trassing services, creating construction documentation, test logs and acceptance reports, and by supporting all construction documents, plan drawings and project files

You have a completed study or training in construction or in a comparable area You have ideally experience in the construction of photovoltaic or energy projects You are safe in handling technical drawings, construction and project plans You have organisational skills, enforcement and communication strength You have independent problem-solving competence and can coordinate project partners:inside You are ready to travel to the construction sites
