For support in implementing the innovative mobility concept in the Lincoln-Siedlung and in the Ludwigshöhviertel in Darmstadt, we are looking for a week for 10-15h Projektmanager (m/w/d)' at the mobility center.

To support the implementation of the innovative mobility concept in the Lincoln-Siedlung and in the Ludwigshöhviertel, we are looking for a student mobility consultancy at the mobility center for 10-15h per week for the following tasks: Implementation of parking allocation and coordination with stakeholders Implementation of mobility advice in the mobility centre on the mobility concept, mobility alternatives and parking space management Regular support of information booths in the quarters and advice on different mobility offers Support for communication and public relations on the mobility concept of the Lincoln-Siedlung unlocking and validation of driving licences for the use of mobility alternatives (eCarpooling my lincolnmobil) Communication with mobility service providers Complaint management Issue and sale of tickets in the customer center as well as in the RMV mobility center at the main station Customer and mobility advice on timetables, tariffs and multimodality (e.g. HeinerLiner, Carsharing, Flixbus) by telephone, personally or by email General administrative activities (e.g. acquisition and maintenance of new customers, student ticket Hessen, Germany ticket)
