Team Leader in Manufacturing (m/f/d)

To strengthen our production, we are now looking for one for our Gallin site (near Hamburg):

unlimited in full time (40 hours/week)

Operational securing of an optimal production process in qualitative and quantitative terms within the respective team / production section Organisational support of employees in the team (personal planning/ holiday planning/ integration of new employees etc.) Date monitoring, delivery schedules and agreements of dates within production Compensation of capacities in agreement with production control and other team leaders in production Requirements for means of production, materials, equipment Responsibility for compliance with quality requirements and their monitoring Implementation of training and instruction Compliance with occupational safety at the workplace and at the workplaces of the employees

Complete technical training, ideally with further training to the technician or master, and good electrotechnical knowledge Ideally experience in lean management methods such as One Piece flow and 5S as well as IPC basics Professional experience in manufacturing and craftsmanship leadership skills, team skills, communication strength and very good organizational skills Good PC knowledge (MS Office, ERP systems) and work independently as well as structured.
