To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated speaker (m/w/d) of digitalization, which strategically shapes our digital transformation, drives innovative solutions and accompanies our employees on their way to the digital future.

We offer a job that makes you happy: you develop the strategic target image and the digital agenda HGP together with your leadership, identify relevant market and technology trends and initiate concrete initiatives. You coordinate the introduction of digital and AI-based solutions, develop innovative formats such as pilot projects or innovation labs and ensure their consistent implementation. You strengthen the digital fitness of our employees, design workshops, learning paths and trainings, and accompany our Digi|Bot.s as a digital multiplier: both in their projects and in knowledge transfer. You promote consistent customer centering at all relevant touchpoints, accompany change processes in an address-oriented manner and start meaningful decision templates as well as reporting – in particular to the digital minimum standards. Attractive remuneration: The Sparkasse is a collective employer and applies the TVöD and the TVöD-BT-S. The remuneration is governed by the collective agreements. This place is assigned to the payment group 9c; the classification within the tariff level model is based on professional experience. In addition to the table fee, further collectively regulated services are granted, in particular the annual special payment or the special savings bank payment.
