Discipline and professional leadership of employees incl. Feedback, development and motivation Total management and responsibility of all network construction projects (electricity, gas, water, heat, telecommunications) in the region Ensure economic, qualitative and legal implementation of construction measures Responsibility for the resource management of all construction measures including Priority and conflict resolution Planning, control and compliance with investment and partial responsibility for conservation budgets, including derivation of countermeasures in case of deviations Further development of processes, key figures systems and support in strategy development and implementation Ensure the rules of occupational safety and management systems, qualification of employees and trainees and participation in projects, bodies and emergency/crisis situations Participation in reputation Engineers from the Service (IvD)

Complete studies (e.g. electrical engineering, supply engineering, mechanical engineering) or technical training with further education (master/technician) Multiannual professional experience in network construction and at least 3 years of leadership experience Very good expertise in planning, construction and operation of supply networks as well as safe handling of IT systems (e.g. SAP, GIS, Workforce) Embossed analytical, strategic and business understanding incl. Knowledge of relevant standards, laws and regulations High leadership competence, enforcement ability, decision-making, communication strength, resilience and customer orientation driving licence class B
