Development of analog and digital circuits as well as production-oriented board layouts with Altium Designer Development of concepts based on system requirements and derivation of hardware requirements Construction, commissioning, troubleshooting and testing of assemblies, test stands and prototypes Preparation and testing of development-related documentation in German and English Cooperation with customers, suppliers and adjacent specialist areas on hardware-relevant topics Coordination of operational workflows in cooperation with the development management and project managers as well as ensuring the quality of work in the team Professional and disciplinary leadership of our six-member hardware team Further development of the hardware team and participation in the continuous improvement of our development processes

Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the development of analogue and digital circuits and in the production-oriented layout of circuit boards Ideally experience in the development of medical technology and the associated standards Experience with Altium Designer Impressed communication skills and enforcement capabilities as well as a structured and solution-oriented manner At least two years of experience in team management in development Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
