Takeover of the disciplinary and professional leadership of the HR Service Center Build and scale an efficient, powerful HR service function Introduction of a new HR information system for an efficient and user-oriented HR IT system landscape within the framework of the international HR IT strategy Definition and monitoring of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports Ensuring efficient and high-quality administrative HR services Measuring the services provided on the basis of agreed service level agreements and deriving measures to continuously improve HR services Developing uniform, internationally valid HR policies, processes and standards Working with Global HR, HR Business Partners and the Network of Excellence to ensure that the HR services provided optimally meet the requirements of the business units Support and/or responsible management of cross-functional HR projects

Successfully completed economic studies or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the operational HR environment with leadership experience Very good HR expertise and process knowledge Found experience in the efficient design of processes, also with the help of IT systems Solid knowledge of pay billing and tax and social security law in Germany desirable High self-initiative and service orientation Team skills, organizational skills and structured working style Enforceability and very good communication skills at all hierarchical levels Very good knowledge of German and English
