Build and manage a powerful team to implement and continuously improve the company-wide zero-trust strategy Overall responsibility for the identity team and the holistic management of digital identities at Techem Active participation and operational cooperation in the ongoing Zero-Trust implementation project Function as an escalation instance for all identity and access questions Promoting knowledge transfer, methodological qualification and professional development of team members Control and optimization of access control, authorization and logging of privileged activities Identification of systemic vulnerabilities and development of sustainable solutions for the further development of identity and access security architecture

Complete study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification with long-term relevant professional experience Deteachable experience in Zero Trust and Identity Management Deep knowledge of IT security architectures, access control and logging procedures Embossed problem-solving, decision-making and enforcement capabilities in technically complex environments High willingness to learn and initiative Strong communication capability as well as the ability to convey complex situations in a manner that is appropriate to the address Very good knowledge of German and fluent English in word and writing
