Our department, the SC-WTO-C, is largely responsible for the logistical delivery process CKD ('Completely Knock Down''') - i.e. the dispatch of vehicle kits in various foreign works. Our area of responsibility includes not only the operative supply of the CKD sites worldwide with production materials, but also the design of new shops in the long supply chain.

True to the motto ''We Make Impossible Possible'', we as Team EX33 are responsible for the special procurement and air freight processing for our global CKD network. Creating a master's thesis with the topic: building and implementing an AI based tool for predicting freight volumes and freight costs. The task of this master thesis is: Read and understand the contents of the previous master thesis, as well as the relevant content

Processes and chains of the EX33 team and the MO/SNL department understand to get a better picture for task

analyse and optimize data situation that is important for the KI forecast

Determination of possible compatible MB systems to integrate the tool

Building a tool for forecasting freight volumes and costs

Presentation of changes in the process

The activity can start from January 2026. The final topics will be discussed with the university, you and us.

Computer Science, Business Administration or Comparable

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office
