Monitoring processes for quality assurance and ensuring compliance with the guidelines and requirements of our headquarters for operations and business activities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland Documentation of control reports, agreements of improvement measures with the respective areas and monitoring/leading of final discussions Advising the areas of expertise in projects and implementing controls of the 1st Level Monitoring action plans, 1st level checks and the topicality of work instructions Participation in managing operational risks Monitoring of critical and non-critical service providers (outsourcing/DORA) Control and monitoring of the BCP plan Administration of Work Instructions of Mobilize Financial Services Germany Cooperation with the cross-border internal control team in Switzerland and Austria and our headquarters in Paris

Successfully completed economic studies or alternatively completed commercial training with relevant professional experience Multiannual professional experience in the field of internal control / revision, preferably in the field of banking or auditing A quick understanding and a conceptual, analytical and strategic way of thinking Independent, process- and solution-oriented mode of operation and communication strength very good knowledge of German and English
