Competent contact person for executives and employees in all personal questions Active participation in the recruiting process, including participation in selection and interviews Own implementation of the entire staff administration, from recruitment to ongoing working conditions to termination, e.g. creation of work contracts, certificates and certificates To carry out and ensure a correct and timely payment of all employees and pension recipients, including the processing and verification of travel expenses Participation in audits and active support in projects, process optimization and digitization initiatives Implementation of annual accounts, including the creation of provisions and relevant HR data

Closed commercial training as well as further training in the personnel sector (e.g. personnel specialist merchants or the like) Multiannual professional experience in operational personnel management Practice-proven knowledge of wage and salary accounting and well-founded knowledge of labour, social security and tax law Very good communicative ability, team capability and enforcement capability Reliable, structured mode of operation, rapid understanding and self-initiative and a high degree of discretion High identification with tasks in human resources as well as pronounced service and service orientation
