Professional and disciplinary leadership of financial accounting and controlling with clear responsibility for the structure, quality and cooperation of both teams Ensuring proper accounting including annual accounts according to HGB as well as ongoing coordination and clarification of relevant accounting issues Total responsibility for the controlling sector, including business analysis, planning, forecasts as well as compiling meaningful reporting and basis of decision for the operating daily business Creation and further development of reporting as a sound basis for the management

Business studies or comparable qualifications with well-founded experience in accounting and controlling Very safe Excel identifiers; Affinity for the Microsoft world (e.g. Power BI, ERP systems) leadership experience desirable, alternatively a senior profile with clear hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility High self-motivation, structured and independent working and good communication skills
