Head of the department with department and specialist supervision for the operations of the wastewater treatment plant and sludge incineration plant with currently 194 employees Head of the central areas of urban dewatering warehouses, building repair and control technology as well as self-monitoring Analysis of complex information and decision on particularly critical issues Ensuring the proper operation of the two urban wastewater treatment plants with complex process techniques Ensuring proper operation of sludge drainage and incineration plant (SEVA) Cooperation in planning and construction of all extensions and renewals of plants overarching, forward-looking development and implementation of basic technical concepts and strategic objectives for the further development of the plant of wastewater treatment plants and SEVA, including the associated assessment of economic viability and environmental compatibility Implementation of preventive health and safety concepts Participation in national specialised bodies for water and drainage matters of wastewater treatment cross-project public relations and the development of presentations, reports and opinions to the Municipal Assembly, the Magistrat and the local councils

completed academic studies (Master) Department of Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a comparable technical discipline as far as possible for the higher technical service (large state examination) many years of relevant professional experience and comprehensive expertise in the written field very good leadership skills and at least one year proven and successful leadership experience Ability to carry out tasks that require a particularly high degree of responsibility Ability to represent urban dewatering to the outside, even on difficult issues above-average working quality, care and time accuracy strong responsibilities and decision-making Enforceability and Conflictability good communication, cooperation and team skills strong capacity for conceptual work good computer knowledge of the common MS Office programs very good German knowledge and oral and written expressability (comparable to level C2 GER) intercultural competence and gender competence
