Recording, processing and testing of all pay-related wage and salary data for the employees of a defined accounting group using different collective agreements, business agreements, legal regulations and the creation of the monthly pay bill Working on timely internal and external enquiries including the preparation of certificates for authorities (hospitals, employment offices, financial offices, municipalities, etc.) and reports Compilation, processing and verification of facts relating to direct insurance, pension funds and service car contracts, including related correspondence Direct contact for our employees, HR Business Partners and Executives for all questions on pay billing topics Testing in the context of system adjustments within the accounting system

Completed commercial training (industrial businessman / tax specialist), ideally with further training to the payroll holder or comparable At least 2 years of professional experience in payroll / Payroll Knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security Secure handling of MS Office programs, knowledge required in SAP Trustful working methods as well as team skills, enforcement skills and organizational talent
