The department „Klinikgruppe DRV Bund“ controls 21 own rehabilitation centers with 27 rehabilitation clinics. The goal is to set strategic impulses, to set standards and to increase the process efficiency in the interaction between clinics, head office and department itself, in order to strengthen the competitiveness of the DRV group.

As Head of Department in Finance and Controlling, you control the economic development of the Reha Clinical Group strategically and operatively with a wide view. Together with the regional directors, you will continuously develop the economic orientation of our clinics. You are impulse drivers in process and system optimization as well as in establishing a modern financial and controlling system. You take over the following tasks: Professional and disciplinary leadership of a decernate with about 15 employees and close cooperation with regional directors, clinics and internal departments Control of the clinic group by means of key figures and benchmarking processes Further development of reporting (monthly reports, reporting on key figures, decision templates, economic and potential analyses) as well as the derivation and initiation of necessary measures at the levels of central, regional and internal controlling Responsibility for economic and budgeting, consolidation, forecasting and monitoring of the budget Coordination of monthly and annual accounts in close coordination with the central contact persons Responsibility for the creation of economic considerations Responsible for reporting, verification and complaints of authorities, institutions and ministries

You combine strong leadership skills with strategic thinking, a hands-on mentality and the highest customer orientation. Your clear communication and decision-making will enable you to implement a modern and customer-oriented service. To do this, use the following: A successfully completed academic degree (Master/Diplom or equivalent) of business and/or economics or business engineering with a focus on finance/controlling and or accounting Current years of professional experience in finance and controlling with multiannual disciplinary responsibility You are versed in handling IT applications and are desirable SAP knowledge (preferably FI/CO) Strategic, solution-oriented thinking, strength of decision and joy in developing structures and processes
