(Senior) Manager (w/m/d) Public Sector - Finance and Controlling will be with us with a successfully completed degree from the field of Business, Computer Science or Public Sector. Academic additional qualifications are welcome. You bring at least five years of relevant professional experience in a consultancy or in organisations. You can have sufficient experience in optimizing process and organizational structures in administrative business areas such as accounting and controlling. In addition, you have experience with reorganisations of administrative functions (shared service centers, outsourcing, digitization and standardization of processes, definition of the strategic development of administrative areas). Ideally, you can demonstrate leadership and coaching experiences. Safe and professional appearance as well as convincing communication - also with top-level executives - distinguish you.
