a completed study of social work, social education, medical education, rehabilitation education, education, psychology, ergotherapy or a completed vocational training with a passed master's examination or a university degree in connection with an additional qualification in the educational field (e.g. rehabilitation pedagogical additional qualification, training examination) as an alternative: a qualification as a specialist for work and professional promotion or as an integration consultant/integration advisor/specialist for supported employment Experience in the field of integration work Knowledge in the competence-oriented switching process very good knowledge of the regional labour market Organisational capacity, flexibility, communication strength and team capacity Ideally experience in the holistic consulting and promotion of people with support needs Network experiences high social and intercultural competence, responsibility and good self-organisation
