This will be your job Project management with Impact: You control packaging development and optimization projects independently and drive group-wide digitization initiatives (e.g. the new and further development of smart packaging tools). Process & System Optimization: You analyse system requirements as well as business processes and develop clever, sustainable strategies to continuously bring our systems to the next level. Sustainability at the focus: You will participate in pioneering projects for packaging data processing, for example in evaluating the recyclability. Interface competency & management: From regular reporting to documentation and risk assessments to professional stakeholder management, you keep all threads safe in your hands. Knowledge Transfer & Consulting: You analyze individual packaging as well as entire portfolios, identify optimization potentials and prepare your expertise customer-oriented. You are the first contact person in case of questions about recyclability and legal requirements. Empowerment: You design tailor-made training on packaging-relevant topics and successfully conduct them for internal and external customers.

That's what you bring Complete technical studies, e.g. packaging technology, environmental technology, material science or comparable. Multiannual experience, e.g. as a packaging engineer in the fields of sustainable packaging optimization, digitalization projects in the context of packaging, packaging development, packaging scale, PLM systems, specification creation and management. Knowledge of tools, key figures, guidelines and legal requirements on the topic. Ideally first experience with Confluence and JIRA Experience in project management, ideally in agile work (SCRUM) Very good knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
