Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

Strategic planning, control and further development of our social media channels Conception, creation and preparation of target group-oriented content (text, image, video, reels, stories etc.) Own production of photo and video material – from idea finding to turning and cutting to publication Development and implementation of editorial plans and cross-channel campaigns Community management and active interaction with our online community Monitoring, analysis and evaluation of performance indicators incl. Removal of optimization measures Close cooperation with internal specialist departments for identifying relevant topics and controlling external service providers as needed Support for events and corporate activities with focus on social media support and live content

Completed commercial training or study with focus on marketing, communication, media or comparable Professional experience in social media management, online marketing or corporate communication Experience in creating and editing video and image material (including safe handling of popular tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or comparable) Very good speech feeling, text security and feeling for storytelling Knowledge in dealing with social media management and analysis tools Basic understanding for online marketing, trends and platform algorithms Safe handling of MS Office
