Accounting Officer with a focus on Asset Accounting

In this position, you carry out independent bookings in main and plant accounting and are responsible for defined balance sheet and GuV positions, including regular audit and voting. You will first complete monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and define provisions, definitions, annex details and final documents – always in view of a proper HGB balance sheet. You are analysing deviations, deriving concrete fields of action from them, and forming understandable recommendations for management. In addition, you act as a professional contact person for internal areas, auditors, tax advisors and internal auditing and supports management with business analysis. Last but not least, you actively participate in process optimization, policy development and the SAP S/4HANA introduction project and contribute to efficiency improvement.

Completed study with a focus on accounting/finance or comparable commercial training with corresponding training or a comparable qualification In addition, you bring multi-year experience in accounting Secure handling of ERP/booking and evaluation tools (e.g. SAP FI/CO, MS Excel, BI tools) Embossed Analytical Skills, Number and Result Orientation Good communication and team skills, proactive operation Self-employed, structured working and the ability to deliver results even under term printing
