Tasks

independent processing of customer orders - from order collection to delivery -Communication with customers, suppliers and internal interfaces such as production and logistics -Order of order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices

• Monitoring of delivery dates and coordination of scheduled execution -Pflege of master data in the ERP system -Support in optimizing internal processes in order processing

Requirements profile

Closed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial merchant or comparable -First professional experience as an employee (m/w/d) in order processing, commercial specialist (m/w/d), commissioner (m/w/d), sales assistant (m/w/d) -Safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems -Verhandlungssicherungen Deutschwissen as well as very good English skills -Structured and careful operation -Expressed team and communication skills -customer-oriented thinking and acting
