You check the requirements of all types of health insurance and ensure that our customers are always supplied fairly and quickly. The regular telephone and written contact with our customers: the employees in the LVM agencies, the service provider: both inside and inside: hospitals are also one of your tasks. Build valuable relationships and secure a smooth flow of information. You independently decide on the payment or rejection of insurance services and thus contribute significantly to the customer satisfaction. You actively support and contribute to the efficiency of our company in the reception and testing of regressive claims. Occasionally support you in projects, in particular with regard to improving our internal workflows. Their commitment helps to continuously optimize our processes and make our work even more efficient.

You have a completed training to/from the businesswoman for insurance and finance, to/from the social security specialist or a commercial training with a high level of willingness to work into the insurance sector. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in performance management. Experiences or knowledge in one of the following areas are advantageous, but no compelling requirement:

• Dental field
• Health care in private or legal health insurance
• Pharmaceutical sector
• coding and/or billing of hospital treatments and/or rehabilitation measures
• Private medical bill according to GOÄ
• Performance management in legal or private care insurance based on SGB XI You also have a good basic medical understanding that helps you to provide competent and sensitive advice to customers. Decisiveness and empathy are a feature. This combination makes you an estimated response for our customers. Your communication strength and ability to work in the team complete your profile. Together with your colleague, you create a pleasant working atmosphere.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. Of course, any overtime that has been completed is paid out or alternatively can be celebrated.
