Planning and organisation of the production process to ensure efficiency and quality Disposition and termination of customer orders to ensure scheduled delivery Monitoring and control of production facilities to ensure a smooth operation Recording process-relevant information in the ERP system Active participation in the production area to help optimise the processes Ensuring and optimizing quality and manufacturing standards through continuous improvement processes Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees

Completed training in the metal sector, ideally with a further education to the technician (m|w|d) or master (m|w|d) Professional experience in heat treatment First leadership experience from previous positions or motivation to grow into a leading role Experience in handling ERP systems, ideally SAP High quality awareness and great customer and service orientation Timely flexibility and loadability to act successfully in a dynamic environment
