Takeover of the superordinate management and control of exciting tram and railway projects Ensure compliance with project targets in terms of costs, dates and quality Leadership and coordination of all project participants - from their own team to ARGE partners to subcontractors, suppliers Negotiations with contracting entities and subcontractors Creating and negotiating supplements and their timely submission Close cooperation with the project and branch management and regular reporting to the management Ensuring occupational safety, health and environmental protection at the construction site

Completed civil engineering studies or equivalent qualification Multiannual experience in managing infastructural projects, ideally in railway or railway construction Safe handling of construction calculation software, such as RIB iTWO, as well as versed handling of MS Office programs Outstanding leadership skills, negotiation skills and enforcement skills Economic thinking, strength of decision and sense of responsibility Team spirit, sense of responsibility and fun in complex construction projects
