Deputy Nursing Service Manager - Outpatient Care / Senior Citizens (m/f/d)

In close cooperation with the nursing team, you take responsibility for the management, planning and development of our care team You ensure the high quality of our outpatient care by performing care tags, supporting MDK assessments and contributing to quality management You plan and organize the service and tour plans on your own and ensure optimal care for our clients As a central contact person, you can contact clients, their relatives and external partners such as doctors and therapists You are responsible for a complete documentation of care processes, including MediFox, and take over related administrative activities

You have a completed training as a nursing specialist (m/w/d) and you are ideally already bringing a further education to the nursing service (PDL) You have already gained several years of professional experience in care and have a deep understanding of the processes in outpatient care As an organizational institution, you will be happy to take responsibility and bring first leadership experience as well as a high team skills Also in challenging situations, you keep an overview and meet clients, clients and the team with a lot of empathy and commitment You are safe in handling MS Office and have ideally already worked with a care software like MediFox
