We operate a Customer Service Operation Center (CSO) from which we provide different services for our customers

You configure, operate and undisturbed security-relevant environments with our customers. Here you take over the administration of the security infrastructure of our customers and act as contact persons with regard to the services used. You analyze and fix errors within the 2nd/3rd level support. You plan, control and conduct changes in critical IT infrastructures as part of a managed service. In addition, you are responsible for documentation of changes in the customer environments. You independently provide reported disturbances in our laboratory environment for solution finding. You take telephone call readiness.

Complete study of computer science or comparable training Practical professional experience in the care of complex infrastructures and in the handling of ticket systems Knowledge and experience in operation and interference in one or more of the following areas: Email Security, Endpoint Privilege Management, Firewalls, Remote Access, SASE, VPN, Webproxy Funded expertise in network technology Knowledge and experience in the operation and disorder in one or more of the following manufacturers: Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Proofpoint, F5, Ivanti/Mobilelron Flowing German and good English skills are necessary
