Team Lead Order Center (m/f/d)

Total operational responsibility for order processing: You take responsibility for the reliable, timely and regular order processing and ensure high customer and service quality Team Leadership & Qualifications: You guide the administrative team “Order Center” professionally and disciplinefully according to the BÜFA leadership plan and design cooperation in the team with your leadership understanding Process stability & continuous improvement: As a leader, you drive improvements forward and optimize your efficiency perspective Planning, control & capacity management: You plan and control the resources of the team to ensure a timely order processing from order acquisition, production planning, disposition of raw materials and emballages to dispatch and billing Regulatory Compliance, Security & Compliance: You secure the compliance with the rules in the process and enter into a breach with effect on dates, quality or security Interface & customer orientation: With your attention to detail, you develop key figures, keep budget and stocks in mind and work closely with other teams

Qualification & Experience: You have a completed commercial or technical training with relevant additional qualification or a comparable professional experience Expertise: You bring several years of experience in order processing, logistics or in the production environment and have ideally already assumed responsibility for leadership Coordination: You are safe in dealing with time-critical processes and reliably implements customer requirements Methodology competence: Process and quality-oriented work is self-evident for you, using methods from LEAN management specifically Communication & Personality: With your structured working style, sense of responsibility and clear communication, you will find the right solutions in challenging situations
