Team Leader Purchasing / Contract Management in the Housing Industry (m/f/d)

The contract management department provides all products and services necessary in the management of a real estate stock, in particular services for the infrastructure facility management and other services. Leadership: You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of currently eight employees and control the operating daily business. Ensure compliance with defined processes and ensure positive and efficient cooperation. In addition, you promote and qualify your employees in a targeted manner and continuously develop the team. Strategic view: You develop and define supplier strategies per product group, analyze long-term needs and continuously observe the relevant procurement markets. Contract management: You develop and update standard contracts, take over and develop strategic tasks and concepts for the area of responsibility. You promote the digitization of the processes and create purchasing statistics taking into account relevant key figures. Communication and advice: You advise the specialist areas on contractual issues, train contract contents and keep them up-to-date with regard to legal changes. In addition, you will analyse and evaluate contracts within the framework of due diligence processes in sales and sales, as well as in new construction and modernization projects.

Qualification: You have completed your studies, for example in industrial engineering or in real estate. Practical experience: You bring several years of professional experience in contract management – ideally in housing and building management – and have already taken responsibility in managing employees. Expertise: You have a sound knowledge of contract and contract law and have basic legal knowledge (e.g. VOL/B). Flexibility: You are willing to exercise your activity at our locations in Potsdamer Str. 60, 10785 Berlin as well as in Mehrower Allee 52, 12687 Berlin. Personality: You are a dedicated and motivating leader who addresses challenges in a solution-oriented and efficient manner. Language skills: You master the German language at a professional level and are confident in discussions, presentations and written correspondence.

Remuneration & Extras: We pay according to the housing contract with holiday and Christmas money.
