Technical and disciplinary responsibility of the Philharmonic team and the event team across the range Interface coordination between owner, city of Essen and users as well as control of cooperation between event operation, building operation and commercial facility management Planning, implementation, accounting and quality management of events Control and coordination of technical processes, service planning, documentation, cost-benefit analyses and updating of technical documentation Planning, implementation and control of maintenance and modernisation measures as well as tenders for construction and services Budget responsibility for maintenance, repair and modernization projects in the context of construction maintenance Coordination, control and QM of service providers in the field of cleaning, building safety and commercial FM Ensure the availability, functionality and operational safety of the assembly, including all technical and construction facilities

Completion as a certified master of event technology, completed studies in civil engineering, facility management, event technology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in leading function in technical building operation or event management Funded knowledge in the fields of occupational safety, safety management, construction and technical documentation In-depth knowledge of budget planning, tendering, project management and cost-benefit analysis Advanced knowledge in the field of event planning, feasibility testing, technology and resource management Embossed organizational talent, communication strength and solution-oriented thinking
