Experience in the development and optimization of processes, in particular in the field of process design, as well as the integration of reliable and robust production processes for the successful transfer of product designs to series production. At least three years of relevant professional experience in Head of international projects and interdisciplinary project teams, good knowledge of project management tools, project controlling and reporting. Experiences with “roll to roll” processes desirable. Understanding regulatory requirements of the MDR and ISO 13485 are desirable. Training in the medical technology environment (e.g. medical technology, mechanical engineering, production and process engineering, manufacturing technology) or a completed bachelor's or master's degree in a technical degree course such as engineering, mechanical engineering, medical technology, production technologies, manufacturing technology and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience. A completed Lean Six Sigma training, at least Green Belt, is required. Self-employment as well as a pragmatic approach. Experience in stakeholder management and implementation strength. The willingness to travel internationally once or twice a month.

You control the Design Transfer as a technical project manager and keeps timelines and milestones in mind. The introduction and further development of new manufacturing technologies and processes in the regulated environment are your responsibility. You are responsible for the process validations including documentation during design transfer as well as the assessment of process risks. Together with internal and external partners, you develop new manufacturing processes and technologies. You are in close contact with development and production partners, internal departments and university institutions. .
