• Ensuring day kitchens and Optimating these in terms of efficiency and quality
• Preparation of dietary meals** for our patients taking into account incompatibility or other disease-related criteria
• You are responsible for the correct edition of the special food forms you have prepared
• You are responsible for the control and Conservation of hygiene requirements, as well as the merchandise industry
