The Leader (m/w/d) – Design our culture! Strategic overall responsibility: You run our second level finance department with 12 employees and manage the implementation of corporate strategy and objectives in your department. Talent magnet: You lead, motivate and develop our service teams in the critical area of finance. You optimize support for our customers in the field of financial processes (Second Level Support) to ensure outstanding service quality and continuous development of our services. Change Agent (m/w/d): You will help shape the strategic and cultural transformation processes in our entire purpose association for your area of responsibility. – Perfection Our processes Zero downtime mentality: You are entitled to provide our local customers with the highest service quality and best customer experience. Process Revolutionary (m/w/d): You take our support processes into account, optimize them continuously and set standards for efficiency and speed. Projektmanager (m/w/d): You take over the command in escalation management and solve complex technical challenges (trouble shooting). Networker (m/w/d): Building bridges Partnership at eye level: You take over the intensive exchange with other specialist areas in the house, our customers and bodies as well as software manufacturers and external innovators to implement the best solutions. : You bring our technical infrastructure and the tool landscape, in coordination with the technical service team, to the next level.

The head and experience Academic excellence: You have a completed (master) degree in financial management, administrative sciences and Computer science or a comparable, practice-based qualification. Leadership: You bring at least five years of detectable leadership experience in a significant IT support unit – ideally with deep insight into the municipal IT world. The character and mindset Inspiring guide: You are a real leader (m/w/d), who enthuses teams, trusts them and promotes them. Outstanding communication and team skills are your basis. Projektjäger (m/w/d): You work consistently solution-oriented and have intrinsically strong customer and service orientation. Your knowledge advantage (these skills are beneficial) You speak the language of our specialist procedures:Infoma newsystem: Comprehensive experience in dealing with the modules of Infoma newsystem (e.g. financial, cost and performance accounting, complaint). MACH software: Practical experience in handling MACH applications.
