You enter into the production of industrial truck small series and develop, control or optimierst processes - always in line with economic and company internal requirements. You secure production targets in close cooperation with the production manager, introduce special measures if necessary and introduce your team with a view to potential, qualification and further development. At the same time, you coordinate the personnel and holiday planning, coordinate closely with other areas and ensure that quality, safety and management system requirements are complied with at any time. You recognize optimization needs, implement sustainable improvements, answer risk assessments and carry out regular instruction. You always have a look at key figures, take initiatives and reliably return technical changes or deviations to change management. The management of projects and the implementation of Lean, KV and 5S processes are also part of your task, including the responsibility for budget, cost centers and delegated entrepreneurial obligations.
