You support the professional support and further development of tariff and e-ticket projects (VDV-KA / UIC) As an interface between specialist, external developer team and consultancy company, you can You help to create presentations, user manuals and training documents for the company's software solutions You support the execution of software development projects, including requirement management, testing and acceptance You participate in the quality assurance of the software solutions and assist in the coordination of the second level support You help with first level support for users and assist in consulting external customers in professional and collective questions

You bring at least 2 years of professional experience in the public transport or tariff environment You have knowledge of tariff data and VDV-KA, eTicketing and the UIC standards of the international railway association You have a commercial training or study with a focus on transport, business or comparable You have first experiences in cooperation with external IT/consulting companies and project teams You work independently and structured, so that no long incorporation is required You are strong in communication and tuning, even in complex project situations
