Responsibility and control of the entire internal service of our insurance agency in close cooperation with the management insurance agency Optimization and further development (incl. digitalization) of ongoing processes in internal services Support of consultants for questions on life, medical and composite insurance including Car insurance (focus on commercial or private customers) Processing, control and collection of insurance applications from the commercial customer segment as well as close cooperation with and active support from our insurance specialists Processing the events of our insurance partners in the internal agency system and controlling the respective processing orders (e.g. contract changes) into the market Preparation of evaluations and selections for stock processing

You have training as an insurance specialist or insurance businesswoman as well as a further training as part of the advancement training (specialist/operator). You bring experience in the internal service of the insurance industry and have fun to be the first contact person and solution finder for colleagues from our sales areas. Ideally, you bring leadership experience. You have a high IT affinity, master MS Office products safely (in Excel, Word) and can handle modern communication media. You have a high level of service orientation and think topics primarily from customer perspective. You have a structured, independent way of working, always keep an overview and are strong in communication. ... but: “Nobody is perfect!” Of course we do.
